\nI’ve finally gotten around to updating this website with information about my latest endeavor, L’Apero les Trois aperitifs and tasting room, a new book, updates about my book, A Pig in Provence<\/em>, and the announcement that I’ll soon be offering a Substack Newsletter, Here and Then: My Life in Food<\/strong><\/a>, where I’ll be writing about some of the stories and adventures that didn’t get into my books, visiting my archives for photos, articles and menus for annotated posts, and updates on travel, restaurants and other food related items – and of course, recipes.<\/p>\n

Please explore the new content, and always happy to hear from my friends and fans.<\/p>\n
